Shipping Costs
Standard shipping on all orders within the United States is $9.00 and takes 5-7 business days.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If your order has not arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at helpdesk@drink1stleaf.com with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How long will it take to receive my package?
Most packages arrive within a week. We do not offer expedited shipping, but if this is something you are looking for, please email us at helpdesk@drink1stleaf.com and we’ll accommodate where possible. All orders are shipped from Illinois.
Can I return your product if I don’t like it?
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee on 1st Leaf. If you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a full refund.
Do you ship to Canada?
No, we don't ship to Canada at this time.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. After setting up an account, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You can also contact our team by email at helpdesk@drink1stleaf.com.
